Following are the Steps to be followed for creating a Role :
  
1> From the "ONEi Configuration Manager" user interface clicks
on "Tools > User Administration wizard > Role > Create Role".
A pop-up window comes on the screen with the title "CreateRole".
  
2> Enter proper Role Name in the TextField labeled "Role Name".
  
3> Under the Textfield,there are two List boxes. The left List
box displays all the Previleges.
  
4> The  right list box displays the Previleges that has been given
to the Role.
  
5> Select a particular Previlege that is to be given to the Role
from the left Listbox by clicking on it (see that the Previlege is
highlighted) and click " > " button.
  
6> If a Previlege has to be removed from the Role then the Previlege
present in the right Listbox is selected by clicking on it
(see that the Previlege gets highlighted) and click " < " button
and the selected Previlege gets removed from the Role.
  
8> Click on "Create" button to create the Role.A message box
appears confirming that the Role has been created successfully.
  
9> Click "Exit" to return back to the OCM user interface.
